Kris Jenner calls reports that she once abused her children "ridiculous and not true." The claims come from the alleged diaries of her late ex-husband Robert Kardashian, which his widow has turned over to In Touch magazine. In an entry from 1989, the high-powered attorney allegedly wrote, "Kris was kicking and beating [Kim] and said she was going to kill her. Kim was hysterical." According to the magazine, Robert also wrote about Kris's alleged affair with a young soccer player named Todd Waterman and suggested she was an irresponsible mother who stayed out all night. "She doesn't leave a number in case of emergency. She doesn't care!"

Filiti, who died last year at age 48, said it was compensation for physical and emotional injuries. Stallone's camp insisted at the time and continues to assert that it was a shakedown and that he agreed to it on the advice of his lawyers

On Wednesday's American Idol we saw a glimpse of the much-hyped feud between diva judges Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj, but what aired on the show wasn't nearly as bad at the initial reports back when TMZ broke the infighting story in October. Back then, Nicki threatened to "knock out" Mariah. On Wednesday's show, after they fought over one contestant, Nicki said, "Maybe I should just get off the f**king panel,” before bolting. Mariah took exception to her diva-like behavior. Nicki was heard off-camera telling her fellow judges to "Shut the f**k up."
