Jessica Simpson Has a $3 Million Deal With Weight Watchers: 

JESSICA SIMPSON is already making her baby work for her.  She's signed a $3 million deal to hype weight watchers while she loses her baby weight.

That's not all she stands to make off little Maxwell Drew.  Jessica will also probably add a bunch of baby- and mom-friendly products to her fashion empire . . . which already grosses up to A BILLION DOLLARS A YEAR.  (Jessica takes home between $10 million and $20 million a year from that.)

Two Hulk movies, two "Iron Man" movies, "Thor", "Captain America", and a bunch of Samuel L. Jackson cameos have all been leading up to this . . . a team of superheroes coming together to defend Earth from an invading alien army. Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, and Chris Hemsworth are back in their roles as Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor.  But this is Mark Ruffalo's first time as the Hulk's alter ego, Dr. Bruce Banner.

Jackson is back as Nick Fury, the eyepatch-wearing leader of an organization called SHIELD.  He puts the team together . . . along with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye.

Thor's adopted brother Loki is the bad guy.  And he's recruited an army from another world to help him take over our planet.

AMC is doing an Ultimate Marvel Movie Marathon today, starting at 11:30 a.m.  They'll be showing "Iron Man", "The Hulk", "Iron Man 2", "Thor", and "Captain America", before the midnight premiere of "The Avengers".

The movie has already earned $260 million overseas.  It opened last week in most foreign countries . . . its best haul was $25 million in the U.K.

GLEE STAR "FINE" AFTER COLLAPSING ON RED CARPET

Glee star Amber Riley fainted and collapsed on the red carpet at a media event Tuesday in Los Angeles.

The 26-year-old, who was giving interviews with multiple media outlets at the time, later tweeted, "Hey guys, I'm okay. I got a little dizzy from all the photog flashes! You'd think I'd be used to it by now, still a red carpet amateur I guess. Gonna get checked out, but I feel fine. Thank you for all the concern and well wishes."

She added, "I'd also like to thank the photographers for being professional and not taking photos of me on the ground. I truly, truly appreciate it. Could have been super embarrassing."


ASHTON KUTCHER CRITICIZED FOR WEARING "BROWNFACE"

UPDATE (7:15 a.m. ET): PopChips has apparently pulled the ad, according to the New York Post.

Ashton Kutcher is coming under fire for donning "brownface" in a new video ad campaign for PopChips.

In the spot, the Two and a Half Men star plays multiple characters searching for romance on a fictional website, but his portrayal of a Bollywood producer has some on Twitter fuming. Blogger Anil Dash tweeted, "Hey, startups that are helping [Ashton] get richer, can you tell him that racist brownface ads aren't cool? Thanks!"

The snack company issued a statement, saying the ad campaign "was never indented to stereotype or offend anyone. At PopChips we embrace all types of shapes, flavors and colors, and appreciate all snackers, no matter their race or ethnicity. We hope people can enjoy this in the spirit it was intended."


KHLOE: DIVORCE IS NOT AN OPTION

Khloe Kardashian is putting her husband before fame.

Khloe and hubby Lamar Odom have decided to step back from the spotlight by putting their reality show on hiatus. She explains to People magazine, "We just wanted to prioritize a little. We just wanted a little pause. Part of being married is knowing when your husband needs your support."

During the break, Lamar plans to focus on his basketball career after a difficult season.

Khloe says they were under pressure while filming the show and she didn't want to risk damaging their relationship by continuing it. "I'm a modern girl, but you should put your husband first. I like to think divorce is not an option."
